Snow showings

So I showed some homes in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia on Saturday to a new client whom was was referred to me from a friend who is another agent.  Thanks Alexis! We looked at about 8 homes through the ice and snow.  They were all vacant, mostly updated but not with as much pizzazz as the listing I have on Tilton @ 3125 Tilton Street currently listed at $139,900.  It has a beautifully recently renovated and expanded kitchen that makes it special.
