He loves the City

So it was another busy weekend showing properties.  This time in the Mayfair section of the city.  There were some very nicely done homes but from the 10 or so we saw, two(2) stood out.  Updated kitchens and bathrooms.  Well defined living spaces and one fancy bar in the basement.  Definitely one to be remembered even though it was a Short Sale.  The weather was perfect!  The air was crisp with slightly cloudly skies but we enjoyed going from house to house even wondering what Mike Holmes(Holmes on Homes) would do...lol. We'll head out again in a couples weeks but this time to Delaware County.  Different scenary but I might be able to convince my client with a shorter commute to work that grass and trees aren't so bad!!  Haha

Snow showings

So I showed some homes in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia on Saturday to a new client whom was was referred to me from a friend who is another agent.  Thanks Alexis! We looked at about 8 homes through the ice and snow.  They were all vacant, mostly updated but not with as much pizzazz as the listing I have on Tilton @ 3125 Tilton Street currently listed at $139,900.  It has a beautifully recently renovated and expanded kitchen that makes it special.
